Thanks for posting. At almost 1 year, my weight loss puts me over the moon also. I admit I have some trepidation about 3,4,5 years out. Thanks for spreading the word that long-term wt maintenance is possible.

Congratulations on a fabulous journey and sharing it with us all. If you want to remove the 2 weight loss ticker go to settings, message board tab and back out the 2 tickers and save.
