I went for a bike ride this AM and loaded up on protein for breakfast.
You can modify these tips to where you are in your journey. Go up and down stairs, put music on and dance around the kitchen. This will make for some great family video

I am one of those that can graze and not know I am grazing. So I place clean foods all over the house. Veggies, dips and other goodies from our Recipe Forum and EggFace's recipes. So I get to feel bad while being good. You know we all love to wear those devil horns from time to time

Everyone is feed, everyone is happy. I am finishing off the day with Eggface's Pumpkin Protein soufflé. A small glass of wine (I am 11 years out back off) LOL
Feet up and fire in fireplace. I think back to all the Thanksgivings, laying on the couch in a coma from seconds and thirds. I feel good, proud and happy with my choices today. YOU CAN DO IT TOO!
