Good article and tip! It works for me. I track all of my exercise. For food, I track it BEFORE I eat it. Just to make sure I really want to eat it. I never cheat on logging, even if I eat a bite of something I shouldn't. 100% honesty, even if you look back a week later and cringe. :)
