10 Post Weight Loss Surgery Holiday Tips

10 + a couple for the new post-ops especially. I'm sure there are more but these were my biggies... some hard lessons, some words of advice from a fellow post-op. Hope they help others enjoy the celebrations ahead.

Lucky for me I really love turkey.  I always eat white turkey meat and a salad.  I'm full.  LOL!!!

Love the Strawberry Santa idea.  However, can you use anything else besides ricotta?  I am not a fan of it, savory or sweet.  I actually used to use cottage cheese in my lasagna ( I know shame, shame, shame).   Or do you have another strawberry recipe that is similar to satisfy that sweet craving?

I make a No Sugar Added Homemade Whipped Cream... it's stiff-ish but wouldn't hold up long so decorate and serve would be fine.

SF Pudding maybe... Vanilla is yellowy in color but Cheesecake maybe.

It was great seeing you!   I enjoyed the event very much!     How could I forget SF chocolate pudding?!   It would be good to spoon in there.  What is better than chocolate and strawberries.   Thank you for that suggestion.
