Hey there, I went to weigh myself today and found that I dropped drastically, I couldn't believe it so I jumped on again and again with all different weigh ins....  do you guys go with the first weigh in or take an avg or what?    I took the first of course LOL

If it's off by a couple of tenths, it's no big deal. If it's off by more, try changing your batteries, or it's time for a new scale.

My scale does this one day, and then the next day it doesn't. If the weight is too far off from what I expect, I wait and see what it says the next day. In my experience, it is unusual to be down more than one pound from the day before. If I get a few different weights that are within a pound or so, then I go with the lowest.

Oh I claimed it but took it back simply because the scale is now saying what I was just before that weigh in, it was just teasing me or the batteries are running low... lol I took the higher number because it feels better being honest with myself

I always step on the scale 3 times and take the number that comes up at least twice.
