The Dreaded Scale
If it's off by a couple of tenths, it's no big deal. If it's off by more, try changing your batteries, or it's time for a new scale.
6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
My scale does this one day, and then the next day it doesn't. If the weight is too far off from what I expect, I wait and see what it says the next day. In my experience, it is unusual to be down more than one pound from the day before. If I get a few different weights that are within a pound or so, then I go with the lowest.
