5 days off of Crystal Light - almost
Berry Sangria is my #2 choice. Black Cherry is my #1 FAVORITE!! The only problem is I can't find the black cherry anywhere, even online.

Great job! I need something with flavor, so I tried this.....I get a bottle of water and add just a little bit of the CL to it, to flavor it. This way, I am not drinking full flavor CL (which is too sweet for me), but I am getting water that is flavored. I will need to check out the CL Pure,. This was my alternative to cutting it completely out. I probably use one to two small travel packs of CL each day to flavor water.

I never like CL mainly because the coloring. I drink a lot of Propel Powder that is sweetened with sucralose and has vitamins added to it. At 1yr post op I've had good labs results taking only 1ea Multi Vitamin per day. 1ea shot of b12 per month and at least 4ea bottles of water per day with propel added to them. Also, for me the flavors of propel are a lot better than CL.
Sweet & Low is not aspartame. I wasn't saying that anyone else should - I was simply stating what is working for me. I have one sweet and low in my coffee every morning.
