Bought my plane tickets for Christmas
Literally liberating, isn't it! So nice to have wiggle room in the seat and not feel like you are crowding the person next to you. Enjoy!

I absolutely am looking forward to that very thing on my flight to Phoenix this Christmas.... I told myself when I take my seat on Southwest, which has first come/first serve seating. That, for the first time in 5 years "without extenders", that if a large person is looking for a last minute seat, along with others, I am going out of my way to offer that he/she sit beside me.
I had a horrible experience about a year ago from a man who was downright P',O'd that I had to sit beside him and it was a center seat to boot. I ended up keeping my arms crossed for a 2 hour flight so I wouldn't use the arm rest or press against him at all.
I might even shed a tear or two when a buckle that belt without extenders for the first time.....

Yes fitting in the airplane seats is exciting. I just flew to Chicago to visit my son and both ways when I got to the seat and looked at it I thought "Oh, that seat is so small" yet I fit no problem. Still not used to it. Now I book the window seat. Before I always booked the aisle so I could hang into it if needed to give myself more room.

I was very close to the weight you are now, and didn't need an extender, so you will be just fine.
