One of Those No Hunger Days
day like that - I just give my body a break and don't eat.
When I was too thin for me - not eating would make me "weak", dizzy...but now - I take that...
like any other "skinny" person I want to lose 10 lbs.. (today 15) so as long as I get hydrated and take my vitamins and minerals- I don't force feed myself... A day of "fast" can be a really good day...

To be honest if I have a day like that I make sure I get my water in and have a protein drink or two and not pu**** Like the other poster says this far out it doesn't happen often so I go with it. I used to think...oh this is unhealthy I should eat. But then I think if I don't do it regularly and I get my water in, then what's the big deal. Believe me I am far from skin and bones.
I usually eat by the clock, hungry or not. I plan out my daily meals and eat them at the appropriate times.
That isn't to say that I have had times where I get busy and forget to eat a meal but I usually eat it when I remember.
If you would like to lose a few pounds then you won't starve to death by missing a meal or two.
