Getting tired of waiting.....

Thanks tatirod.  I was thinking it's just me and maybe I'm getting too impatient with it.   I found out today we are just waiting on 1 last report and then it goes off for the insurance approval which can take another 2-4 weeks.  Oh, come on, lol, 2 to 4 days sounds like enough time to me right now.  I was really hoping I could have it done over the Thanksgiving holiday when my daughter will already be out of school so I won't have to take her off school for this.  Since I am her only means of transportation back and forth she will probably have to take off of school, which I really want to avoid.  I guess that whatever will be will be and in the end it will all work out.  It will probably go by fast now like you said and be here before I know it.  I just cant wait to be done with it and not want to eat everything in the fridge, lol.  I'm praying it comes real soon.

The wait time depends on your surgeon's schedule and availability. I had my last nutrition appointment in July and was scheduled for November. I agreed to be on the waiting list for a cancellation and one came up in October. So I waited three and a half months between surgery and last nutrition appointment.

Your surgery center will be able to tell you what month they are booking for now and how long you might have to wait.

They are in this to make money and help people, not to cause frustration. They want to get you in as quickly as they can. Just call and discuss with them so you have a ballpark idea of when to expect to be scheduled.

Thank you. That's a great idea, I will do that. I appreciate it. I'm so glad you commented on this. This forum is great.

Thanks again. :)
