Have you experienced posting and someone else's name appears?

Hi Members,

We have had a few members report they post and then it appears under another members user name. We want to identify the issue and fix it ASAP. We need some additional information to do so.

Can you provide the following:

• Your user name
• User name that appeared in your post
• Device
• Browser
• How many times did this happen to you
• Which board/forum
• And link to the post/thread

This is the thread where it happened to me:

The post was made using my poster name here, and showed up on that thread under 3Bassethounds' name. I told her about it, and she went and deleted the message, but you can see where it was, and you should be able to see the original text as an admin. I forget exactly what I had written now.

I'm not 100% sure, but it was most likely posted using my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Android tablet, using Google Chrome. There is a small chance it was made on my desktop, using Firefox, but that's a small chance.
