Los Angeles (and Southern California) Friends

Hope I'll get to see some Obesityhelp pals at the Your Weight Matters Local Event on November 7th. It's going to be a fun day. We'll have breakfast, 4 speakers, great health, nutrition, weight loss, wellness info. ALL FREE.

So... what's for breakfast?

I am not sure... the OAC (who puts it on) has a dietitian design the menus for all our events, they work with the hotel catering and provide the nutritional info too.

I will be there I am SUPER excited!!

Will there be vendors as well? I didn't know about this...I may have to make plans to go! I love hearing lectures, (I need all the coaching and education I can get) but I am REALLY right now looking for an event where I can see the latest products and possibly buy or get samples of them!

You'll want to attend the 3 day version on this event or Obesityhelp's event for all the vendors and samples. There will be a few but the large 3 day events are the ones you'll want to seek out but I hope to see you!
