SECOND PERSONAL GOAL REACHED 174.8 LBS!

This day is a long time coming--in fact 36 years! The last time I weighed this, I was 11 years old, 5 feet 8 inches, size 10 shoe.

I am truly grateful for everyone here at Obesity Help who shares their experience. I know I am not alone on this journey.

We are so happy for you and hold on to this feeling of accomplishment. There will be temptations ahead and this will help you stay on track for "life".
