I am prepping for the Apollo Overstitch surgery :)

So today is the beginning of day 3 of 5 of clear liquids any suggestions would be greatly appreciated .

That's a lot of days of clear liquids! Are you able to drink any of the clear protein drinks that places like GNC and Vitamin World sell? A little protein might make you feel better and vary the drinks.

Yes it is allot of days LOL UGH LOL another 10 to 12 days post op of the clear liquids ugh

I went today and found the clear protein drink by Ensure

Whats an apollo overstich?

The Apollo Overstitch is a kind of revision to the stomach after RNY

I had RNY 10 years ago and my stoma and stomach have stretched and i have begun to gain weight so

The Apollo surgery will bring the stoma back to a smaller size as well as reduce the stomach size so that i eat small

portions again
