Just went to old Navy and they have 50% off clearance and 60% off fleeces. As well as quite a few other 50 and 60% off items. For $53 I got 2 long cardigans, 2 lace shirts/tees, one plaid button down shirt, 1 fleece -full zip, 2pieces jewelry.

No Old Navy near me...I wish I knew what size I wear now so I could shop online! I really need some clothes that actually fit.

If memory serves, they do free returns by mail-- I think they even include a return label in the package!

Yep, free returns and free shipping on any order over $50. Buy everything in 2 or 3 sizes and just send back what doesn't fit!

Funny you should mention Old Navy -- I just logged in today to check the status of my recent order and discovered my last order with them from July 2014. I had fun comparing the sizes!

My grandmother was a professional seamstress. She used to say that clothing sizes are more for inventory control than an ironclad formula, especially since sizes vary widely.

I was upset once about a size tag, and she told me if it bugged me to take it out. Good advice.

I just hope they fit! Some (although inexplicably not all) of their clothes seem to run really big. I got a cardigan there in an XS recently! But if they don't, oh well, free returns!

Thank you for the head's up...unfortunately, everything at Old Navy is just TOOO big on me now. I don't know what it is. I tried on something in an XS and it swallowed me. It sucks because I loved their clothes.

I know! It sucks... I don't know why they size their clothes so big. I used to love their fleece -- but unfortunately, vanity sizing has ruined it for me. Anyhow, you aren't alone. I've given up trying there, too.
