Adding your avatar and uploading photos is now fixed

Hi Members,

Go to your profile and click the box where your avatar displays and you upload to add your avatar.

Reported problems with uploading photos to your profile should be fixed as well.

I still can't get my avatar to upload. My file is under the size requirements. I've logged out of the site and logged back in. I'm using Chrome. Any suggestions?

Hi

Click on your name in the upper right hand corner and it will take you to your profile. Click on the avatar box like in the photo I pasted in my other post. Its like FB.

Add your photo and click and drag to make sure all of it is in the box. It's called crop and save. If it does not work for you. Send it to me at [email protected] and I will be glad to do it for you.

I was still on the old profile. Upgraded to the new profile that is being released on Nov 1 and it worked. Thanks for the help!

Mine still says my picture is too large. How do make your picture smaller???

When I was testing I was getting this too because I was going through settings. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner and it will take you to your profile. Click on the avatar box like in the photo I pasted in my other post. Its like FB.

Since OH had an update not to long ago, What is the current size (? by ?) of the Avatar now since the update on here? Just wondering?

I don't see any size requirements like before. Upload the avatar, crop and save and you should be good. If you have any problems, let us know
