I can so relate to this. Have you ever just had to have that "one" food or go nuts?

I have a few foods that are issues for me:
Cooked lasagna noodles- this is a real problem...
Giant soft pretzels
Wanton soup
McDonalds french fries
Waffle house waffles
Waffle cones
Pancakes (really good fluffy ones)
Plain rice with butter
Good donuts (including krispy kreme but there is also a place in Dayton OH when I travel I used to get those)

I had SO many. NO way just 1 food pigging out on would lead to over 400 pounds. One of the many was the payday candy bar. It still calls saying that at least it has protein from the peanuts. I figured up a way to get a bit of the taste without that many calories and sugar. I mix up PB2 with sugar free caramel syrup instead of the water usually mix it with. I do not have any of the salted caramel right now (need to get a bottle to try) so I just sprinkled a bit of salt for that flavor. It ended up VERY good. And will be a nice very occasional treat (just not very often) that will keep me from drooling in the candy isle. I tried it the 1st time as a small little bit of protein shake (from the PB2, 5 grams protein and 45 calories per 2 TBSP) but the it was just not thick enough to fool the taste buds into thinking there had been a bite of candy bar there. and the small flecks of PB2 snuck up the straw a tad too quickly and hit the throat almost inducing a coughing fit. So the shake was a no go for me (unless maybe a tad bit of caramel pudding used to thicken it up, but would have to be just small amount of it.)
