WLS and fibromyalgia
Hi, wanted to know if anyone has fibromyalgia and WLS has helped with them with muscle and nerve pain? Is exercise difficult? Are you on any medications for fibromyalgia? Any information/input would be appreciated. I am on Lyrica and have gained 24 lbs in three months. My surgeon stated it is a problem me being on the medication after surgery because it does cause weight gain. I have tried to go off the medication but it doesn't last one day. So, I am anticipating failure before I even begin.....
Have you been tested for SIBO?
Some studies indicates that SIBO may cause fibromyalgia... Google that...
