Was called a "piece" yesterday!!!

I was speaking to an Israeli friend of mine yesterday in Hebrew and she said (I'm translating of course), "you look amazing, you are becoming a real 'piece'!" The word she used was 'chatich', which yes, does literally mean "piece" but it is also slang for someone who is hot (as in a quite a piece of ass/meat/take your pick). yes, not the most pleasant or respectful way to refer to a person, but you have to remember that Israel is halfway between Beirut and Cairo...so...hot blood runs in the veins.
