Email Notifications?

Coming in late on this but, it's still happening.

I tried to email the tech support page, but it won't even submit. It keeps coming back as a server error. So here's what I tried to send.

Hi! Two issues:
1. When I get an email that says someone has replied to my post, the email has no content. I don't know to which post the person has replied.

2. When I make a post the quotation marks, apostrophes, dashes, etc... come out when posted as other symbols. This makes posts very hard to read.

3. No email alerts anymore to PMs that are sent.

Things just haven't been great since the upgrade. Are you working on fixes?
