Keep going bro, if for anything the mindset. Once we think we are there we became complacent and go back to what we were. Right now you are in the zone and doing well. Just build muscle up and trim and as mentioned leave a buffer for those 5-15 lbs we will gain here and there. Hey, you've done and are doing well. You're a good example-keep it up!

I wouldn't be basing my decision on the scale. Go get your body fat tested with underwater body fat testing or in a Bodpod. THEN determine if you are at a healthy weight based on lean body mass and body fat. If you are in the "normal" range for a man your age then there's no need to lose more weight.

Don't base your final goal weight on the scale - it's not the best indicator of overall health.
