You need to follow your plan and let your body decide when it is ready to stop losing. Bounceback is real and you need to be 10, 20 or 30 pounds under goal so it is not as hard when it happens. My bounce back started at 30 months and I gained from 128 to 142 over that summer. My goal is 136 and I am glad I had that little cushion.

It has been a struggle ever since not to regain weight.

I agree that you should keep doing what your are doing and let your body figure it out. But you should also ask your wife exactly why she said that to you. Your weight loss could be making her feel insecure.

You want to lose another 30 lbs. Lose another 30 lbs.

You still have a bit of a tummy on you. Not to meant to be mean... You are far from anoerxic and starving.

First off, Congrats! You look AMAZING!!!

The important thing to remember is what you want, this is your weight loss journey and this is your body. You don't want to look back one day and think to yourself "I should have lost that last 30lbs!" Sometimes I think our spouses know us one way, and when we change so drastically in such a short amount of time they see us so much differently than we think! She will love you how you are, or 30 lbs down from now! Just keep on doing what makes you happy, and she will follow :)

Great job!

I think you should go ahead and lose what you want to lose and don't let anyone deter you from your goal.

Best wishes!

I agree with the other who say keep following your plan. Adding more food now to try to stop losing is dangerous and often backfires.

I like looking lean so I try to stay at the low end of my goal range. I also do a lot of walking to try to keep my body fat percentage low.

We both know that you really have no say in this matter. If she wants you to stop losing, she'll just lock you in your room again -- except this time she'll lock you in with a big bag of chips.
