I really like the Quest chips. 5 carbs, 21 proteins. I also pack travel size all natural pb, the little cups. I have packets of taco meat(like the tuna) that I love. you could bring packs of the protein oatmeal and use the coffee maker to make ho****er. I think, as long as you go with the idea that you are committed to your plan(someone on here said 100% compliance 100% of the time) you will do great!
