Ever since I had surgery and started to pay attention to my body image, I feel like my son is also worried about his body image and makes comments about being fat that worry me. He is only 7 and a little on the portly side, but I have been trying to teach him healthier eating habits and turn focus away from looks. Unfortunately, he is so stubbornly stuck on the horrible processed food he grew up on. I know he doesn't have to suffer because I decided to have surgery but I want to do a better job of teaching him healthy habits.
