Shopping NSVs!

I went shopping "for real" (i.e., to someplace other than Goodwill) today for the first time since surgery, and I bought a pair of pants in a size 4! The brand runs big, so it's more like an 8-10, but I'll still take it -- this time last year I was in a 22.

I also found a cute ring that looks fairly similar to my wedding ring, so I plan to wear it as a fill-in until I get to goal and can have my wedding ring resized. Here it is compared to my high school class ring. I'm 3.5 ring sizes smaller than I was at age 16!

That's awesome on the rings. My ring size went from an 11 to a 6!

Oh my GOD that is amazing! Good for you!!! I would take a picture of that size tag and post it everywhere.

Who cares if the brand "runs big"? A 4 is a 4! You're my hero!

If I ever purchase and wear a piece of clothing in a size 4, I will frame the tag. Great job! Keep it up!!
