Just keep calm and carry on!

You couldn't possibly do as badly as I did when I first tried.  I took my driving test in Charleston, SC.  I did O****il I got to the parallel parking test.  (Do they still do that??)  Anyway, the parallel parking was done in an area which was defined by a parking-space sized edifice constructed on 8" railroad ties.  it was so scary and intimidating, I was really terrified.  As I backed in, and began my turn into the space, my right front bumper just BARELY ticked the structure.  I gasped and turned to see the testor striding angrily into the building after he'd leaped out of the car, leaving the door standing open.  (What a creep)

Needless to say I didn't pass.  But I got up the nerve to retry about two years (!) later and passed easily.

So, the moral of the story:  Even if you don't pass this time, keep trying.

Atta Boy!

I'll try!

I'll find out when I go in at do the driving test. When I took my driving lessons that's what the driving instructor had me do the parallel parking at every lesson I had at the start and finish of every lesson I had taken, even parking in a parking lot at a mall. Wow, that got to be something with the parking you had to do. I bet it was scary and intimidating, I bet you were terrified. I bet you gasped on that turn into the space as the left front bumper just barely ticked the structure. Your testor did that!? The testor does sound like a creep.

Sorry you didn't pass that time around. Glad you retried and passed!

So true.

Hey, I had to edit the first reply to "right front", not "left front".

You'll be fine.  just keep practicing!

Okay, that's alright.

I hope you're right. That's what I did today, I did sign-up for another 1 hour and 30 minutes driving lesson for today just to get ready for this coming Friday. I talked to my aunt today on the phone and she told me that I'll drive her car to the D.M.V. so I can take the driving test. I'm looking forward to this coming Friday.
