liquid protein??
My sister-in-law was sleeved 2 years ago.. I was struggling to drink the protein drinks..she told me about liquid protein. I bought some today at wal-mart.. $15.00 for 6 (42 G EACH)hat will last a week. I can split one for 2 days. I am thinking that is not much more than protein shakes. I bought fruit punch flavored with fruit punch flavored cyrstal light. They are not bad at all.. a little too sweet tasting but I may add more water tomorrow. Are these good? They have 0 sugar. It was first time I have heard of them.

if you are talking about the protein shots,no ,they are not good . They have the wrong kind of protein in them.
There is maybe one brand or two that has the correct protein,we want whey isolate,not collagen. If they have collagen,save your money.
