OH has/had a magazine!!!

This wonderful website has a magazine - I've been coming to OH for 9 months and I just found it.

I couldn't subscribe - maybe it is not longer published - but the free articles are great - check them out when you need some new ideas.

Thank you for sharing the link to the articles from our magazine. Yes, we no longer have a hard copy magazine but we do have a monthly newsletter we send out to all our members.  If you need anything, let us know

yes, I had been subscribing to the magazine since shortly after my RNY, in 2002. Sure hate to see the hard copies die off, but I know it costs way lots of money to support a publication.
