Gastric sleeve to DS

I had a gastric sleeve in 2011 in tijuana Mexico, I only loss about 65 pounds. I now have insurance that covers wls, is there a doctor in Tennessee who accepts patients who previously had wls in mexico. This process is so draining.

Life throws enough challenges our way you would think it would not be so hard to get healthy.  May we suggest you post this on the Revision Weight Loss Surgery Forum and also here is a link to a list of surgeons in your area.  Give the offices a call and see if they will take you as a patient.

I don't know how close you are but you have one of the best facility in your state, Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  Give them a call as well.

I spoke with someone at his office she told me to find somewhere closer to Memphis, maybe Nashville 

In Nashville, the only DS surgeons I know of are Dr. AL Spaw and Dr. Hugh Houston. I don't think there are ANY DS surgeons in the Memphis area.

Many, many DSers travel great distances in order to see a DS surgeon. Did Dr. Boyce's office tell you they WOULDN'T see you, and if so, did they say why?
