Compression clothing?
Can anyone recommend where to look for some good compression clothing? More specifically, I'm looking for compression tank tops to work out in. My upper body holds most of my excess weight. As I've started to, um, deflate... things have gotten decidedly more jiggly. It's very distracting when I run or do any kind of cardio. It makes me really self concious even in baggy shirts, with everything just flopping around as I move. I've found lots of compression pants, but haven't had as much luck with tops. Thoughts? Suggestions? Please and thank you!
I would suggest a really good bra with a professional fitting from a major department store, most women are wearing the wrong size bra with not nearly enough support. Once you get the girls under control you may not need the support of the cami anymore. I know Walmart, Target and JC Penney all have support tops.
Actually, my boobs are not the problem. My problem is more in the belly, sides, and back. I have large rolls on my sides under my bustline, and a large belly apron. Those are the areas I'm having trouble strapping down. And the everyday compression undergarments like spanx are fine for work and such, but not to much for working out. They aren't good for sweating in.
Try old navy! Online the women's plus active has some great compression gear I've purchased lots of compression bottoms I believe they have some tops as well not sure if they're compression I do believe the sports bra are, but give them not too pricy and good quality.
I also recommend under armour. Their compression gear is fantastic. Heat gear for the summer, cold gear for the winter. I have no problems with the men's or women's gear depending on what I need.

I wear the Under Armour Heat Gear sleeveless and would no even leave home without them. My wife uses the Maidenform Flexees Women's Shapewear Lace Cami and loves them. Just make sure to order them one size smaller than what you usually wear. The HEatGear line is like wearing a personal A/C when you start sweating.
