Skin removal

Is there any place that'll remove skin free of charge or a payment plan

I have never heard of anywhere doing it for free.  I don't personally know of any plastic surgeons that do a payment plan, but some might.  The only way to find out would be to call some offices and ask.  My guess is that even if they do, they would want the payments to be complete before the surgeon does the surgery, though.

Have you considered a medical finance company like Care Credit?  I know many people use those.
