Weight Wise Smokers/Vapers??

I was wondering if the Weight Wise Clinic accepts smokers who are willing to quit? I would also like to know if they have an opinion on vaping??  I have been doing a lot of reading and I have the feeling that if you smoke they don't give you a chance at all. 

I don't know about the clinic you mentioned, but my doctor wants smokers to quit at least 3 months before surgery.  That means all smoking and vaping, including tobacco and marijuana.  I think it's pretty typical, because smoking inhibits healing, and diminishes lung capacity.
