Concerned - Weight Fluctuating

Hello All-

I really appreciate all of the help and direction for the newbie, me!    My question is about weight GAIN the past couple of days.  I had my sleeve done on August 10, so I am a little over three weeks out.  I was really psyched that I lost 27 pounds in the first three weeks.  But yesterday and today I have gained 3/4 of a pound each day and have a 1.5LB weight gain.  This seems insane, since I was dropping between 1 and 1.25 pounds a day.  I have heard I probably shouldn't weigh everyday, but it was so fun at first.  Could this just be water fluctuation etc?  I am easily eating well under 1000 calories a day.  Scared since this has been two days in a row!  Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance!

Use the search function ( little magnifying glass at the top of the screen) and type in "three week stall".  EVERYONE goes through this and there is a post about it almost EVERY DAY.

You don't lose weight everyday.  We lose in a stair step pattern.  We lose a bunch then stay the same, and then lose a little more.  Sometimes we even will gain a pound or two before we lose five pounds.

You know that, logically, there is no way you could have gained fat eating as few calories as you do.  It could be water weight, it could be constipation and when you have a good poop, the weight will be gone.

RELAX... just keep following your program and the weight will come off.  Stay off the scale if it stresses you out.  Use a tape measure and measure your body.  You will be losing fat and getting smaller even if the scale tells you otherwise.

Getting on the scale too often causes weight gain.

LOL! It's totally normal, but you WILL drive yourself crazy if you weigh too often. Put your scales away, and only weigh once a week. Try to do it at the same time on the same day of each week, or better yet, only weigh at your doctor's office.
