I am thinking of modifying my considerable ( skim) dairy intake simply because I noticed that when I was away from the dairy fora  few days I dropped earl lbs of bloat .  I love my body defined so what has been your experience switching to almond milk /rice milk or lite soy milk for your lattes and recipes ?

Also have other people watched  their bone density rise through juicing kale, broccoli  and other high calcium plants ? I am amazed at how juicing has helped physical therapy to straighten my spine and forward facing shoulders out .  Im so proud that my neck and back are finally straight ... it was years of struggle and though I would stretch and do yoga and push ups the second I stopped Id go bucket stooped . Now the improvement seems to be permanent .. and I feel taller .  What has been your experience with fresh vegetable juices post op ?  They also make me want treat a lot less

My WLS dietician advised that almond/coconut /cashew milks do not have enough protein and calcium for those of us who have had surgery, and to always default to soy milk which has plenty of both.

I get that there are issues with soy around estrogen, but cows milk is chock full of nasty stuff too.... don't get me started :)
