Need opinions(honest)opinions please.
I actually take a scoop of regular protein, either chocolate or vanilla, mix it with water until it is dissolved, (kinda pudding consistency) and then mix it with Starbucks coffee (I put it in a small container and take it with me). It is already sweetened and creamy from the protein powder and the chocolate is kinda like a mocha. I also have unflavored protein powder which I will put into either regular or iced coffee and add a couple tablespoons of half and half and one of their sugar free syrups, I actually really like the cinnamon dolce. This is the only way I can get my protein powder in as I can't stand it in a regular shake anymore, but tolerate it extremely well in coffee.
