Vitamins
To start with, you need two quality multivitamins (like a Centrum... No need to buy expensive "bariatric" vitamins) each day, 1500mg of calcium citrate (NOT calcium carbonate), and probably some additional Vit D and iron beyond what is in the multi. Beyond that, what you need (and how much extra iron and D you need) will be based on your labs.
Your best bet is to get a full set of lab work done to see what vitamins you are deficient in, if any, because you will want to take additional doses of those in order to correct the deficiencies as quickly as possible.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
This list mentioned is not even close to what a bariatric pt. needs. The first thing is you have to know what type of deficiencies are connected
with gastric bypass. What labs to draw and how to determine the amount of take. I am an RN in a large teaching hospital with what I
thought was a great bariatric clini****il I was diagnosed with Lymphoma 7 years after by bypass. I am 5 years in remission and was not
expected to live. It has taken me 5 years to prove to our hematology clinic that one vitamin with gastric by pass pts. is responsible to
control the whole immune system. My oncologist is now treating his other lymphoma pts. with this vitamin. This is in connection
with the chemo. I never had this vitamin during my chemo. I found out after my chemo when I again lost my immune system and
had to do my own research. I remember saying to my doctor when I discovered this deficiency please don't tell me this little vitamin
could have kep me from getting this cancer. My labs are drawn every two months and now the doctors are convinced that this vitamin
is the only thing that keeps me alive and my cancer in remission. I don't mean to be disrespectful but the person writing you about
some of the vitamins and minerals you should be taking is not anywheres near complete.
I think the name of the magic cancer curing vitamin is Unicornamine.

Ok know it all what is this magical vitamin.
Sorry, but you just sign up yesterday and insist that the vitamins we are to take are incorrect. Really?
There is no pill that would have prevented you from getting cancer it was just in your cards.
So, are you holding this magic to ransom? What a load of old cobblers!
OP, Lora's advice is absolutely correct. I'm sure if we vets were dropping like flies from compromised immune systems and cancer, we'd have heard at least a whisper by now. I hate scaremongerers like this!

1. ) Lora said TO START WITH...and then mentioned some things. No where did she state it was all the OP needed.
2.) Go peddle your magical vitamin somewhere else.
