Today is the day!!
Hi there,
its 3:40am Toronto Canada time. I've been lying awake since 1am. Today is my surgery at 11am. I'm not really nervous but anxious to get to the point to be in the recovery room and start the exciting part of this journey. I can't believer 3 weeks of Optifast went by so quickly and I'm at this point. Please share with me what you were thinking and feeling right before surgery. I look forwarding to posting my first update post surgery. 😊

Good luck with surgery. At this time you are probably feeling very comfortable with all the meds. Any minute going into surgery. I was very nervous before surgery. After recovery I was happy. I couldn't believe I did it! I said to myself. "OMG I really did this". My advice is to walk a lot and tiny sips. Welcome to thus new journey. I will look forward to watching your progress.
