I like soft ice cream, so I find a great substitute in Greek yoghurt and my favorite frozen fruit along with Torani sf vanilla syrup.  Yummy:  Mango!

Yasso Greek Yogurt bars are quite delicious and 70-100 calories, and 5-6 grams protein.

I buy ready mixed protein drinks. I use my Magic bullet and put frozen strawberries. Blend it I add some splenda to it so it is a little sweeter. It makes like a milkshake.

You can try arctic zero ice cream.  I found after surgery that I can't tolerate any of the regular stuff.  It all makes me queasy.  But this stuff is pretty good - a little pricey but at least I can tolerate it.  I can get limited flavors in our local super market but I believe they will ship you some from their website.

I would highly recommend Enlightened Ice Cream bars! They have a TON of flavor options (fudge, coffee, caramel, peanut butter, etc.), are delicious, and most bars have the following stats: 80 calories, 2g fat, 16g carbs, and 7g protein.

I tend to splurge in one every other week and it totally takes away my ice cream cravings. I am only 2 months post-VSG.

Have you tried Unjury Chicken Protein?  You get it only online (Unjury.com)  It is JUST like chicken bouillon.

As for Ice Cream, the frozen yogurt places have the sugar free and fat free yogurts  NOT BAD!

Thank you everyone for all your good ideas,  I just don't get out a lot and find all these good things!  Been taking care of my Dad for 6 years due to a stroke!

I  will indulge in a burger king or Wendys soft serve cone off the dollar eu once in a while .  Its a portion controlled low fat treat with a limited amount of sugar.  I also like some of the more low fat frozen yogurt bars at Aldis .
