Surgery upcoming... Nervous but excited

so my surgery date is sept 1, 2015 I had my last appt with my surgeon today, I'm new on here, all the support groups I could go too is an hour away and I can't get there, so I'm looking for support and new friendships 😁 I'm soooo excited but nervous, does anyone have any encouraging words or help they can offer? I've always been overweight my starting weight was 326 today I was 317 so I'm ready to get this started and on a new journey to a new healthier me 😀

I am awaiting final confirmation from my insurance to get on with it here...I think the thing i have learned thus far is to remember that this is about me, no one else, I need to do what is best for me. BE selfish and dont worry about what is good for anyone but you!!!
