What are the symptoms of a stomach leak

I'm wondering if I have a stomach leak because of the pain my abdomen is in every time I move or stretch and I'm feeling sick to my stomach . I have definitely over eaten and cheated on my diet. I'm working on bettering my self control. But I need to know if what I'm experiencing is a leak. Anybody out there know? 

mainly as i know, but i am not sure there should be raise in the body temperature since the leak will make an inflammation. the inflamation should cause pain at its place. i think you have to talk to your doctor 

Keep an eye out for these symptoms- elevated temp, nausea, vomiting. Typically a rash can be observed if the pt becomes septic. The way to get the best answer is to consult your surgeon. Let them get you into an imaging center asap. Hope all goes well!
