Sparkly motivation: If you're struggling today, it could be worse.

We all goof up at one point or another. Eating off plan, gaining weight back, having our heads "out of the game." It can get depressing, and sometimes it feels like you'll never be successful.

Fortunately, you can ABSOLUTELY get back on track. One day-- or one week, or one month-- doesn't have to set you back forever if you work at it.

Unlike these people, who made irredeemable screw-ups:

A military plane flying to Texas in 1957 accidentally dropped a hydrogen bomb on the New Mexico desert when someone accidentally flipped a safety switch.

In 1999, a group of engineers at NASA lost a $125 million space orbiter because half of the measurements were in metric, and the other half imperial.

The Spanish military built a submarine that was too heavy to swim (by nearly 70 tons) because somebody misplaced a decimal point.

By comparison, eating a donut and getting back to protein-forward food tomorrow is nothing!

My uncle ran my other uncle's foot over with a ride on lawn mower when they were kids.  His foot was completely severed.

I always think of that when I think I really screwed up...
