Is there anyone who had Highmark BcBs in IL for the WLS

I have Highmark BCBS in Illinois and I'm looking for anyone who might know the process for them and the waiting times for the surgery. I looked over medical policy but kind of hard to understand.

I have Highmark  BCBS PA and my policy is a great one. I had to do 6 months of supervised diet. Was approved within a few days once my Dr's office submitted the request to them.

Oh ok, yeah I noticed that today so no problems after the 6 months, hope all goes well. What kind of diet did you do, if I may ask? Thanks
