You're ahead of the game if you're already doing 5k runs!  I'm lucky if I don't have to use my handicapped plaquard when I go to a store!  Just that much walking can throw me into major head pain! 

Ohh so you had the sleeve surgery???.. omg im nervous  i wana lose the weight but not so fast. .. where i look sick.. how fast did the weight come off

I had Gastric Bypass (RNY) not the sleeve.  I don't look sick, actually I look pretty good, You would never guess I'm sick unless of course you know me! LOL
