Any suggestions on what to drink?

Have you tried green or herbal tea?  I get loose flavored teas at Teavana.  Right now, I'm drinking unsweetened iced strawberry grapefruit green tea.  It's super easy to make iced, you just add some extra loose tea to your teapot to make the tea a little stronger, and then pour it over ice once it's brewed for 5-6 minutes.

I'm not a big tea drinker but I know so many people that love the green tea, I might just give it a try. Thanks!

I too have also been a big water drinker. My issue isn't that I'm getting bored but I'm having a hard time drinking it. It just doesn't go down that well. It has gotten a little better over time but it's still my biggest battle everyday. I've tried Propel which has pretty good flavor but I find it way too sweet. I don't really like Crystal Light.

What is working for me now is Hint. It's flavored with just essence of fruit so there is no sweet at all but just a hint of flavor. For me, it's really refreshing. I've had the honeydew melon, raspberry, and blackberry. The one issue I've had is finding them in stores. Here I have found them at some Safeway stores in the cold beverage section and at Fred Meyer in the natural food section. Or you can order them online.

I've been drinking Crystal Light lemonade. It's a bit strong so I add more water than it calls for.  Today I picked up 2 bottles of Crystal Light Liquid.  They are small pursesize bottles I can just add as much flavor as I want to my water (by the glassful).  I also have been drinking decaf ice tea.

Water hasn't "felt" right since surgery. I used to use Mio but my PCP said she didn't like me using all those artificial sweeteners.  I have since found Skinny Girl drink drops. They are sweetened with Stevia and she says that's ok.  I really like the Fuji Apple and Cherry best

If you can get to a GNC or look up store locator for Protein2o. It's amazing has five flavours, only 2g of carbs and 15 g of protein in a 16.5 oz bottle. Look up www.drinkprotein2o.com

it's a nice break from water and you are getting that protein count up.

I have a juicer and juice cucumber and celery with a little bit of pear and a touch of mint or sometimes lemon. It really satisfies my taste buds. It's a nice drink.

I love Propel and Orange and Grape Crush water flavoring squeeze-ins. The squeeze-ins are great because you can control exactly how strong to make the flavor.
