How many carbs will get you into Ketosis?  Can you have up to 20, or keep them at 10??? How many will knock you out of Ketosis?

I knock out ALL carbs for a few days to get into Ketosis and the keep them as close to 20 total (not net)carbs a day to lose

Very low calorie diets, like ours post-op, also can put you into ketosis.  Usually ketogenic diets follow macros you calculate; generally you are 20g of net carbs or less a day.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

Atkins plan is very specific.  Not less than 18 or more than 22 per day for two weeks.

I'm usually right around 11-17 carbs per day (total; not "net").
