My turn to get back on track
I recently after 10 years tackled some regain weight. Take it one day at a time, don't put too much pressure on yourself. Tracking my food was key for me also. Boy what goes in your mouth adds up really fast. Once you feel comfortable with tracking food then pick another basic and then another and before you know it you will be back on track and eating clean and moving.
Do try to journal or at least make a list of reasons why you slipped. I knew why for me, but seeing it in writing and putting on the fridge helped a lot.
