For me,it was anything I could drink through a straw .... And even thinned puddings, and yogurt.
I couldn't get in more than a few ounces at a time, so I made a half protein shake for breakfast.
then, mid morning I would eat a few spoonfuls of yogurt or pudding.
i had water in between and just repeated that a few times a day.
