What are you trying to upload with? I can't get it to work in my iPad but it's fine on my computer.

Try doing a hard refresh ctrl + f5. If that does not work use this tutorial for adding an avatar. If you still can't get it to load send the photo to us at [email protected] and we would be glad to add it for you.
