Coffee Creamer

What are some good alternatives that you can use for coffee creamer. I love my coffee, but I feel like a lot of my carb intake comes from my creamer. I don't like plain milk in my coffee I only drink it if it is sweet. Is there a protein powder that can be used that tastes kind of like creamer? What do you use?

Thanks!!!

i buy Atkins Vanilla Shakes or Premier Protein Vanilla Shakes. I use that as my creamer a lot of times.

I discovered that premier protein trick a few days ago. Works well and I only drink 1 cup of coffee a day and my NUT approves.

Um, no? Commercial coffee creamers are nothing more than oily sugar thinly veiled as 'cream' and they have no place in a healthy weight loss stage diet, or a maintenence diet IMO.

Heavy whipping cream is very low carb, or a vanilla protein powder may serve your needs.  The trick is to make a slurry first with some cold water, mix it well, then pour into your coffee.  Pouring protein into ho****er makes lumpy bits.

I use a few ounces of Fairlife milk and a scoop of Isopure espresso powder mixed with 8oz of coffee as my breakfast, it's better than a fancy $5 latte!

Kroger Carbmaster Vanilla milk is 60 cal with 11g of protein per cup. That should work as well.
