You know what to do - yes, it's back to basics. But in your case, if you replace your beer and sweet tea with water (try carbonated "fizzy water" as I call it, with a little flavoring) - my guess is that you'll see some results just from that.
Otherwise let me warn you that losing the regain can be a very slow process. But it CAN be done -
Cut out the refined carbs (bread products and sugar). Complex carbs with lots of veggies are fine.
Drink your water and stay hydrated.
Log your food - the good, bad, and ugly. I recommend My Fitness Pal to get a real picture of what your actual intake looks like.
Get moving. I find that if I get some exercise, I mentally don't want to "blow it" for the rest of the day.
Protein first and protein centered meals. We have just a little real estate in our tummies - so what we put in has to really be the right stuff!
