Post surgery, pouch reset

i have read several articles about this and wondered how well it worked??????

If you're talking about the 5 day pouch test I heard it's more of a fad diet & is more of a mental reset moreso than a pouch reset.

As far as I can tell you can't physically shrink your pouch or reset it by doing this test. However some people do you use it as a mental motivator to get their head back in the game, but doing this, especially multiple times reemphasizes doing yet another fad diet rather than embracing the lifestyle change needed to make wls successful.
